Simple Machines make learning fun!
The Kindergarten Simple Machine Expo highlighted the science behind inclined planes, wedges, pulleys, levers, wheel and axels and screws. Simple Machines are used in catapults, balance boards, rollercoasters, flag poles, seesaws and more! They are everywhere and make work easier - just ask a GPS Kindergartener!
It`s all about shapes in the Bunnies classroom - they created circle art with balloons and cups recently!
🍎 The Bees created an apple orchard farm where they can pick red delicious, golden delicious and granny smith apples from the tree and weigh them. 🍏
G is for the GIRAFFES classroom - and some GREAT fine motor center activities to build small hand muscles and coordination.

A print rich environment helps students understand that print carries meaning and represents real objects and ideas. Preschool children learn about 8 to 10 new words DAILY!
🎨 Creating projects with interesting items like cars and Q-tips keeps our students interested and focused - plus it is very fun!
Fine motor skills like beading and cutting are building blocks in early childhood education. And so is bringing home a masterpiece to put on the refrigerator!
How do we build essential learning skills? One way is by teaching even our youngest students to notice similarities and differences of objects and then group them into categories - like with color sorting activities!
